Overview Join our dynamic team as a Roustabout Pusher, a vital role dedicated to supporting our manufacturing and fabrication operations. In this energetic position, you will be instrumental in assisting with material handling, equipment setup, and ensuring smooth workflow across various machining and fabrication processes. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will contribute to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Roustabout Pusher to supervise field crews and oversee day-to-day oilfield roustabout operations. The Pusher is responsible for crew safety, job execution, equipment coordination, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards. Responsibilities Supervise and lead roustabout crews in daily field operations Coordinate jobs with customers, dispatch, and management Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies Conduct pre-job safety meetings and enforce safety procedures Oversee equipment use, maintenance, and inspections Manage crew time, job tickets, and daily reports Train and mentor roustabout personnel Troubleshoot field issues and adjust crews as needed Ensure proper PPE and safety compliance at all times Requirements 3+ years oilfield roustabout experience 1+ year supervisory or lead experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required) Ability to work long hours and varying schedules Must be able to lift 50+ lbs Experience with: Tank batteries Flow lines Wellhead maintenance Valve replacement General oilfield construction
Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:
