Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Demolition Foreman to lead demolition operations for a major new construction project in Arlington, Virginia. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of demolition practices, job site safety, crew supervision, and project coordination.
Pay and Schedule:
Pay:
$27 per hour
Schedule:
40 hours guaranteed with possible overtime Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily demolition activities on-site Lead crews performing interior and selective demolition work Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project schedules Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety standards Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and provide guidance to crew members Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and site personnel Inspect equipment and tools to ensure proper operation and maintenance Track manpower, materials, and daily progress reports Identify and resolve job site issues proactively Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications 4+ years of experience in demolition, construction, or related trades Previous supervisory or foreman experience required Strong understanding of demolition methods, site logistics, and safety requirements Ability to read plans and understand project specifications Experience managing crews of laborers and equipment operators Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and ability to work in Arlington, VA OSHA 30 certification preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer Weekly Pay PTO 401k Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits Apply Today!!!
