One of our clients in the heavy manufacturing/automotive industry is looking for a Production supervisor. The person will lead and develop a production team in a high-volume manufacturing environment, ensuring safe, efficient operations while driving performance in quality, delivery, and cost.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop production teams while fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Drive daily production performance by meeting safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and efficiency goals. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve manufacturing performance. Develop employee training plans, address skill gaps, and ensure workforce readiness and compliance. Leverage data, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations and strengthen team performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting. 4+ years of experience in production or manufacturing operations preferred. Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence practices. Experience within automotive, commercial vehicle, or related manufacturing industries is a plus. Proven ability to lead, develop, and engage teams in a fast-paced production environment.
