About the Role As a Manufacturing Production Supervisor, you will lead high-performing teams to drive operational excellence, safety, and quality standards. You will leverage your technical expertise to optimize production workflows, mentor staff, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact our bottom-line efficiency. Responsibilities Champion a culture of safety by actively participating in committees and ensuring rigorous adherence to GMP and food safety protocols. Drive production efficiency by analyzing mechanical performance, resolving bottlenecks, and managing equipment maintenance schedules. Empower team members through hands-on coaching, technical training, and professional development to foster a high-engagement work environment. Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and accurate reporting of production metrics and downtime. Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to eliminate waste, reduce operational costs, and improve overall process quality. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve complex technical issues and ensure seamless production flow. Required Skills Associate degree in a related field or 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience. Proven ability to manage, train, and mentor technical personnel. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with experience in equipment troubleshooting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems. Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in a related technical field. 7+ years of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience within a manufacturing setting. Advanced training or certification in Kaizen or Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Prior experience in metal manufacturing or high-speed production environments.
