Overview Join our dynamic team as a Shift Lead and take charge of overseeing daily manufacturing operations with energy and precision! In this vital role, you'll lead a team to ensure production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Your mechanical knowledge and leadership skills will drive continuous improvement, foster a safety-first environment, and uphold GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Duties Supervise daily manufacturing activities, ensuring production targets are met with quality and efficiency. Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize performance. Enforce safety standards in production areas, ensuring all team members use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and adhere to safety protocols. Monitor equipment operation, perform basic mechanical troubleshooting, and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed. Manage heavy lifting tasks safely by following proper techniques and using appropriate equipment. Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines to maintain product integrity and safety throughout the manufacturing process. Document shift activities accurately, including production logs, safety reports, and incident documentation. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of safety standards in production settings, including PPE use and hazard prevention. Familiarity with GMP regulations to ensure compliance during manufacturing processes. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of daily tasks. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced production environment is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications related to manufacturing or mechanical work are a plus. Ready to lead with energy and precision?
