Supervise and motivate a team of installers and apprentices on job sites Review project instructions and ensure all materials are prepared for daily tasks Oversee and participate in the installation of resinous flooring systems to meet quality standards Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining professionalism and clear communication Your skills and experience: Proven experience leading teams in a hands-on, process-driven environment Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new installation techniques Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for quality control Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, efficient work site What you can expect from
