Then this Production Supervisor opportunity could be a great fit for you! This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Kent. This company engineers, manufactures, and provides aftermarket support for critical systems and components used on commercial and military aircraft around the world. As a Production Supervisor, you'll lead a manufacturing team to meet production, quality, and safety goals while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Production Supervisor Duties:
o Lead and support a production team by assigning work, providing training and coaching, monitoring performance, and developing employees o Identify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce waste, solve problems, and support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives o Create and maintain standard work instructions to ensure consistent, efficient production processes o Plan staffing and production schedules, resolve material and workflow issues, and ensure customer deadlines are met o Ensure quality and safety standards are met by investigating issues, implementing corrective actions, and promoting a safe work environment
Schedule:
o Swing Shift o Monday-Thursday, 2:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Pay:
$88,000-$120,000 annually
Production Supervisor Requirements:
