Job Summary With Safety as a primary responsibility, this position is responsible for supervising overall plant operations and employees to ensure non-stop production of top-quality products. Job Responsibilities Oversee production team to maintain all plant fundamentals - Safety, Quality, Productivity, Housekeeping, Preventative Maintenance Enforce safety policies and procedures Drive key metrics and work for continuous improvement in the plant Oversee the daily preventative maintenance program and coordinate maintenance projects Recruit, train and mentor employees Maintain discipline and address rule violations Adjust employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage while controlling labor costs Flexibility to work different shifts to support team, as needed Job Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
