Pay Rate:
$30.00 per hour Full Time, 6:00am-2:30pm Position Summary We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and compliance-focused Production Supervisor to support our Coatings team. This critical role is responsible for monitoring production quality, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining accurate documentation, providing direction to team members, and serving as a key point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers excellent opportunities for growth and advancement. Key Responsibilities Monitor production activities to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are consistently met. Verify compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and safety requirements. Track production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products and services. Provide guidance, support, and direction to production team members. Serve as a primary liaison between customers and internal teams to address questions, concerns, and project updates. Prepare, maintain, and distribute accurate production and quality documentation. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Escalate production, quality, or delivery issues as needed and assist in implementing corrective actions. Support management with reporting, audits, and operational planning activities. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow and enforce compliance requirements and established procedures. Experience monitoring production, manufacturing, logistics, or operational processes preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to lead teams and work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and documentation systems. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience Quality assurance or quality control experience. Production, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations experience. Customer-facing experience. Experience creating and maintaining operational documentation and reports.
