A Production Plant Foreman works with the Plant Manager or Supervisor in scheduling the activities of the employees and team leaders. Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Assist in assuring quality and safety of production procedures.

The Position:
Lead a tight-knit crew to keep things moving safely and efficiently: Manage production, schedules, and daily operations Operate and oversee crushers, screens, loaders, trucks, and mobile equipment Handle maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and keep equipment up to spec Enforce safety practices and work site standards Communicate clearly with crew, managers, and contractors Pitch in when needed - welding, inspections, cleanup, you name it
Requirements:
Solid experience in mining operations (foreman or lead role preferred) Good with communication and coordinating crews Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to join the union if you're not already a member Comfortable with early mornings, outdoor work, and changing conditions A strong work ethic and a knack for problem-solving
