- This position supports safety and the day-to-day operations of the paper machines, as well as maintenance, reliability, productivity, capital implementation and continuous improvement.
Internally:

Bachelor's Degree in Paper Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years' experience in paper manufacturing operations Strong cost savings awareness and ability of continuous improvement Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basisRequired Competencies:
Good written and verbal communication skills as well as teamwork skills Fluent written and spoken EnglishCore Competencies:
