Shift Production Supervisor Location:

Darien, WI (Walworth/Rock County)

Pay:

$36-$42/hour plus shift differential

Shift:

2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm but needs flexability What You'll Do Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals Supervise, coach, and develop hourly production employees Monitor production performance and implement solutions to improve efficiency Troubleshoot operational challenges and coordinate resources to minimize downtime Promote a positive, accountable, and safety-focused work environment Partner with maintenance, quality, and management teams to ensure smooth operations Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support process optimization efforts Train and mentor employees while fostering long-term team development Requirements 3-5+ years of production supervision experience in a manufacturing environment Previous experience in plastics, film, converting, packaging, or similar manufacturing operations strongly preferred Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop production teams Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of extrusion, coating, slitting, or related manufacturing processes Ability to remain calm and solution-focused during production challenges and equipment issues Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and clean work record Full availability for 2nd shift Preferred Qualifications Bilingual Spanish/English skills strongly preferred Direct experience with extrusion, laminating, or film converting equipment Demonstrated success reducing downtime and improving operational efficiencies Experience retaining, developing, and motivating production employees Formal leadership, Lean Manufacturing, or safety training Why Apply?
