Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will lead a team of production workers, implement process improvements, and maintain high standards of productivity.

Fridays Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities , ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. Lead, train, and develop production staff , fostering a team-oriented culture. Monitor workflow and performance metrics , making real-time adjustments as needed. Ensure compliance with safety protocols , company policies, and industry regulations. Collaborate with other departments , including Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics, to optimize production efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and waste. Maintain accurate production records , reports, and documentation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
3+ years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in using production management software and
Microsoft Office Suits Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
