A Production Plant Foreman works with the Plant Manager or Supervisor in scheduling the activities of the employees and team leaders. Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Key Responsibilities:
Assist general manager and plant supervisor with schedule coordination, material ordering, quality control review, etc. Utilize metal fabrication experience to optimize production processes Produce quality drawings using AutoCAD Foster a culture of motivation, leadership, and accountability Assist in maintaining a clean, safe work environment, prioritizing health and safety procedures Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
