Shift Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop production employees to foster a positive, accountable team culture. Manage daily manufacturing activities to meet scheduled goals and optimize productivity. Promote and uphold safety standards, leading 5S initiatives and safety training efforts. Ensure all production and quality standards are maintained, supporting ISO and IATF compliance. Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. 2nd
Shift Production Supervisor Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to supervise hourly production staff and manage operational KPIs. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S, Kaizen, and root cause analysis. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
