Shift Opportunity Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and train production employees Oversee temporary employees and daily production activities Monitor production performance and address efficiency issues Ensure safety, quality, food safety, and productivity standards are met Provide break relief as needed Promote GMP, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Manufacturing/production leadership experience preferred Consistent work history Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Knowledge of GMP and quality procedures preferred #BB2
