Production Supervisor - Night Shift We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead production employees on the night shift. This position is responsible for safety, production, quality, staffing, and continuous improvement.

Schedule:

12-hour night shift, 6pm-6am, 2-2-3 schedule Responsibilities Supervise and support production employees throughout the shift. Assign daily work and ensure employees are properly trained. Monitor production, quality, scrap, downtime, and equipment performance. Enforce safety procedures and proper PPE requirements. Ensure production paperwork, quality checks, and shift documentation are completed accurately. Coordinate production schedules, changeovers, materials, and staffing needs. Communicate production status and issues during shift handoffs. Maintain clean and organized production areas. Coach employees and address performance or attendance concerns. Support continuous improvement efforts related to safety, quality, efficiency, and cost. Assist with troubleshooting production and operational issues. Complete required supervisor audits, checklists, and reports. Follow company policies and established manufacturing procedures. Requirements High school diploma or GED. 5+ years of manufacturing supervision or production leadership experience. Experience leading continuous improvement activities. Ability to lead, train, and coach production employees. Knowledge of manufacturing safety and quality practices. Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills. Ability to prioritize multiple production needs in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
