Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Temperature Control team within the Water Group Value Steam. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading a group of twenty to twenty-five teammates, under the leadership of the Value Stream Manager. This role is primarily tactical in nature but is afforded opportunity to be part of larger strategic discussions. Duties include, but are not limited to, Executing a production schedule to ensure On-Time Delivery Coaching and mentoring Drive SQDC initiatives (Safety / Quality / Delivery / Cost) Labor tracking and evaluation Evaluating, developing, hiring, and disciplining talent Policy adherence (GMP / Handbook) 5S auditing and oversight Interact with Engineering and suggest ECRs A qualified candidate will be pro-active, dedicated, and possess these requirements:

• Will have 2+ years of Manufacturing experience in a leadership role
• Team building skills with a focus on developing others
• Exemplary attendance
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate across all levels and functional areas
• Problem solving and Root Cause analysis
• Ability to learn and navigate software / ERP systems
• Good mechanical aptitude, inclination, and interest

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
