Production Supervisor - Bilingual (English/Spanish) Overview We are seeking a Production Supervisor - Bilingual (English/Spanish) to lead operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production, leading and developing employees, and ensuring all products meet quality, safety, and production standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead production employees during shift operations Assign daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow across production lines Monitor production output to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time Ensure proper equipment setup and troubleshoot operational issues as needed Verify quality checks and inspections are completed per standards Coordinate materials and inventory needed for production runs Coach, train, and support production team members to improve performance Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards Track production metrics and maintain accurate reports (Excel, Word, Outlook) Promote a safe, team-oriented, and continuous improvement culture Qualifications Bilingual in English & Spanish (required) 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing Experience in high speed processing or packaging manufacturing preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment What We Offer Competitive base salary Bonus potential Full benefits package (health, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match Growth and advancement opportunities

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
