What You Will Do:

Foster a workplace culture focused on employee safety and adherence to established safety practices Drive achievement of established quality expectations and daily production performance goals Oversee staffing levels, production workflow, and completion of accurate daily production reports Guide employee growth through ongoing coaching, hands-on training, and professional development Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional departments to support operational objectives Coordinate day-to-day production activities to maintain efficient and consistent manufacturing operations What You Will Need to

Be Successful:

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred 2+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills
