Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of sealcoating crew, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols Read and interpret customer contracts to accurately execute sealing operations Manage project schedules ensuring timely completion of tasks Oversee quality control measures, inspecting work for compliance with specifications and industry standards Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment used Experience Sealcoat experience a must Proven management experience supervising crews in asphalt sealing or related projects Demonstrated ability to lead crew with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment

Pay:

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
