About the role Where you'll work: Our Rothschild, WI location is part of our Foundational Technologies, Pharmaceutical division and is responsible for our biopharmaceutical needs for Kerry customers and brands. This site is one of two that works with specialized lactose protein within the Kerry organization! People may not realize we're more than just great taste when it comes to food and beverage products - we truly are committed to nutrition and sciences as well! 12 Hr Shift - 5:30 PM until 6:00 AM 2-2-3 Schedule 75k to 95k depending on skill level and experience. Under direction of the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising production associates in an appropriate manner regarding all aspects of production activities including prioritizing duties, delegating work assignments, and scheduling employees to optimize production and sanitation functions as necessary. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to: Ensuring all quality standards and procedures are maintained. Administers all quality procedures, GMPs, environmental sanitation and housekeeping. Responsible for ensuring food safety and legality. Participating on cross-functional teams to build a culture of operational excellence and innovation in the areas of processing, methods, productivity, Good Manufacturing Practices, safety and quality. Overseeing the appropriate training of new and present employees in the processes and methods required to achieve Kerry's standards for quality and safety. Supervise production employees, including assigning work, manage staffing, coaching, and performance management. Ensure manufacturing activities are performed according to SOPs, batch records, work instructions, and GMP requirements. Monitor production schedules, throughput, yields, downtime, and other key performance indicators. Evaluation processes and methods to make appropriate recommendations to continuously improve methods, equipment performance, utilization of people, and quality of product and safety objectives. Acting as a technical resource to address and resolve inquiries and problems regarding production, quality and work problems as appropriate. Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Environmental Health & Safety to resolve manufacturing issues. Ensuring the completion of all required production paperwork including SAP records, inventory inspection, sanitation reports, processing/CIP charts and maintenance work orders. Participate in root-cause analysis (RCA), Fishbone analysis, CAPA, and continuous-improvement activities. Maintain a strong focus on microbial control, contamination prevention, sanitation, and housekeeping, particularly in pharmaceutical excipient production. Basic testing for compliance at the wastewater treatment plant. Administration of related company policies and procedures, including OSHA, Safety, Environmental, cGMP, GDP, and other company requirements. Escalate significant safety, quality, personnel, or production issues to management in accordance with the escalation policy. Address employee attendance, conduct, performance, and disciplinary issues consistently and in accordance with company policies and applicable labor agreements. Other duties as assigned.

Associate or Bachelor's Degree Preferred (Equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience may be considered) Compensation Data The pay range for this position is $75K - $95K per year. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
