Wisconsin , Stoddard Job Description 🔥 Production Supervisor (Day & Night Shift openings) Vernon County, WI | Food Manufacturing | Immediate Interviews I'm currently partnering with a well-established food manufacturing facility (100+ years in operation) that is looking to add two Production Supervisors—one for day shift and one for nights. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading a team, and having a direct impact on production, culture, and performance. 💥 What You'll Be Responsible For Lead, coach, and develop production teams to drive shift performance Ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met Collaborate with Maintenance, QA, and other leadership to keep operations running smoothly Enforce GMPs, food safety standards, and company policies Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture Troubleshoot operational challenges and drive solutions in real time Communicate shift performance, needs, and improvement opportunities to leadership 🎯 What I'm Looking For 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing (dairy preferred, not required) Proven ability to lead teams and drive accountability Strong understanding of GMPs and food safety Experience with production metrics and reporting systems Mechanically inclined and comfortable around production equipment Strong communicator with a solutions-focused mindset 🚀 What's In It for You Competitive compensation Industry-leading benefits Long-term growth opportunity within a stable and respected organization The ability to step into a role where your leadership truly makes an impact 📩 Interested?
