None Required The Opportunity You will lead daily shop operations for an industry-leading industrial machining facility specializing in diverse, custom projects. This role gives you the opportunity to drive operational excellence, mentor high-performing teams, and direct operations for large-scale machining parts up to 40 feet long. You will thrive in a dynamic environment offering exceptional work-life balance through a standard 4-day workweek and strong performance incentives. How You Will Make an Impact Oversee daily machine shop floor operations to maximize throughput and achieve monthly production targets. Guide shop personnel in machine setup, troubleshooting, and optimal run times for complex industrial parts. Manage workflow and staging for large-scale components reaching up to 40 feet in length. Utilize your extensive hands-on machining background to solve technical machining bottlenecks in real time. Promote high standards of safety, quality control, and precision across all machining processes. Optimize production schedules to offer voluntary Friday overtime while maintaining target output. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 10 years of experience Extensive background as a machinist running and setting up diverse shop machinery. Proven experience working with large-scale industrial parts (up to 40 feet in length). Experience running Fanuc Controls Demonstrated leadership experience managing machine shop personnel and daily operations. Strong mechanical aptitude and deep operational knowledge of industrial machining equipment. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Up to 20 years of related work experience in an industrial machine shop environment. High School Diploma or GED. Hands-on experience with CNC programming and machine tool optimization. Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual salary range of $120,000- $150,000.
