Sun Prairie, WIPosition OverviewThe Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring that all manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves coordinating production schedules, managing team performance, and maintaining high safety standards while implementing lean manufacturing principles.•This position is 3rd shift (overnight) and involves supervising 35-50 production employees•Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a team of production workers to achieve production goals and objectives.

Develop and manage production schedules to optimize workflow and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.

Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.

Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve productivity and reduce costs.

QualificationsProven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of production processes, scheduling, and safety standards.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary range for this position is $70K to $90K depending on experience and qualifications
