Job Overview Join our dynamic cannabis production team as a Cannabis Production Worker! In this role, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality product output while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. Your hands-on involvement will include operating equipment, interpreting production work orders, and supporting continuous process improvements. Responsibilities Set up and operate a cannabis joint rolling machine. The Blackbird by Rollpros is a user friendly rolling machine capable of producing 900 joints/hour. Weigh and record product to ensure quality and consistency. Assist in grinding and packaging of cannabis products. Interpret production work orders, and standard operating procedures to accurately execute tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, adhering to safety standards in production environments. Qualifications Must have State of Alaska Marijuana Handler Card Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with hands-on mechanical knowledge Familiarity with measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and the ability to troubleshoot problems if they should occur. Pay:
From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
