Send daily paperwork and Bill of Lading (BOL) correction emails to the plant and carrier companies as applicable. Work with QA and data checkers to ensure all samples and LCL are properly documented and recorded. Maintain knowledge of the Load Plan, including which products load together and the required container types. Monitor corporate shipping and plant data chats on Microsoft Teams to address general queries. Assist with the creation and maintenance of standardized shipping documents and BOL templates. Clear out the Shipment Builder and archive plant shipping paperwork and photos in OneDrive.
