Production Woodworker Know your way around saws, power tools, and a tape measure We want to talk to you. We're hiring a Production Woodworker for a stable, long-term opportunity. You do not need to be a master carpenter or cabinetmaker — we're looking for someone with real hands-on experience working with wood who can measure accurately, use shop tools safely, and build from instructions or drawings. This is a temp-to-hire position with room to grow. In fact, the last person in this role was promoted into another opportunity within the company. What You'll Do Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood components Use saws, routers, sanders, drills, and other shop/power tools Read measurements, work orders, drawings, or basic blueprints Assemble products to the correct specifications Check your work for accuracy and quality Work as part of a production team to keep jobs moving What We're Looking For We're open to experience from woodworking, cabinet shops, furniture manufacturing, millwork, carpentry, construction, or similar hands-on environments.
You should be able to:
Read a tape measure accurately Safely operate common woodworking and power tools Make accurate cuts and measurements Follow drawings, instructions, and specifications Show up reliably and work well with a team You don't need to be a craftsman. You do need to know your way around wood and tools.
