We are seeking dependable production laborers and machine operators to support daily manufacturing and production operations. Positions may include general production, material handling, machine operation, packaging, quality checks, and other production-related duties. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required for all positions. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials and products.
• Perform basic quality checks and follow production specifications.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Meet production and quality standards.
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting as trained.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Pay Range:
