Second Shift Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $19.32 /hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Sunday through Friday from 03:30pm to 02:00am) Operate production equipment to manufacture and inspect rubber products. Load materials, package finished goods, and prepare orders for shipment. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards. Second Shift Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred, but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to following quality and safety procedures. Must be dependable, maintain good attendance, and work effectively as part of a team. High school diploma/GED preferred; pre-employment screening may be required.
