Job Description

Learn more skills, earn more money! Place aluminum into age racks, following proper nesting specs and verify piece counts. Inspect material for cut length and other potential defects when racking. Ability to cross train in other positions in the department. Keep workspace organized and clean, contributing to continuous improvements. Ensure that production requirements and standards are met or exceeded daily. Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care. Report any machinery issues to management. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma/GED Manufacturing experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred. Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals. Basic math, reading, and writing skills. Good communication skills Willingness to always comply with all safety guidelines. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Attend all safety and production trainings.
