Job Duties Prepare and crate finished products for shipment Seal louvers and components using a caulk gun Inspect products for cleanliness, completeness, and readiness for delivery Assemble fabricated louvers using drills, impact drivers, and screws Read and interpret work orders and build cut sheets Accurately measure materials using your personal tape measure Work closely with team members to ensure correct and efficient assembly Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE (provided by the company) Requirements Experience using hand and power tools (e.g., drills, impact drivers, caulk guns) Ability to read work orders and take precise measurements Must bring your own tape measure Reliable transportation to and from the worksite Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment
