Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Associates are eligible for a $1 per hour weekly perfect attendance bonus each week they have perfect attendance.
Shift:
Monday through Friday 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM What's the Job? Cut, sort, and stack wood materials according to production specifications. Assemble pallets using hand tools, power tools, and nail guns. Inspect finished pallets to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines. What's Needed? Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
