Perform 100% visual inspection of all gasket corners produced by the automation line Repair minor defects found during inspection Pack all good parts onto shipping racks for distribution Set up racks, remove old tags, and clean as needed Track and report all defects Scrap unrepairable parts and follow disposal procedures Communicate any quality concerns with Line Operators, QA Inspectors, and Supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Perform additional duties as assigned Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Prior experience in quality inspection or manufacturing Knowledge of basic production procedures and quality standards Able to multitask and have time-management skills

Tape Measure Experience:
Must accurately read down to 1/32 of an inch and 16th of an inch
