In this dynamic role, you will provide essential support across various production areas, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high safety standards. Your flexibility and mechanical aptitude will help keep our production processes efficient and responsive to daily needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain comprehensive factory experience while contributing to a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Duties Assist in different production stations by performing assembly, manual handling, and quality checks as needed Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move materials and components within the facility Interpret manufacturing documents, technical drawings, and process instructions to support assembly and production tasks Use measuring instruments and hand tools to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions Follow safety protocols rigorously, including heavy lifting procedures and proper handling of equipment Collaborate with team members on the assembly line, managing workload fluctuations and supporting team goals Skills Proven experience operating forklifts and familiarity with warehouse or factory environments Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Ability to interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and measurement data accurately Experience with manufacturing management practices such as lean manufacturing principles and process improvement strategies Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including manual handling and heavy lifting techniques Skilled in using measuring instruments for quality control purposes Excellent communication skills for interpreting technical instructions and collaborating effectively with team members This role is ideal for candidates with factory or manufacturing facility experience who thrive in energetic environments.
