This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous experience operating automated or semi-automated production equipment. SMT experience is a plus, but candidates with strong machine operation experience from manufacturing or production environments are encouraged to apply.

$16 to $17 hourly depending on shift/experience

Schedules:

Day Shift:

Monday-Thursday | 5:30 AM-4:00

PM Swing Shift:

Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM-2:30

AM Weekend Shift:

Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM-6:00 PM (Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!) What You'll Do Set up and operate automated and semi-automated production machines Follow process sheets and detailed work instructions Monitor machine operations and inspect products for quality Work with electronic components and printed circuit boards Follow safety, ESD, quality, and production procedures What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing or production environment required SMT, electronics, PCB, or automated equipment experience is a plus Comfortable following detailed written instructions and process sheets Willing to work overtime when needed Balance Staffing is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
