Is comfortable working in a highly regulated environment where procedures and documentation must be followed. Can stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties required in a production environment. What We're Looking For You do not need to come to us knowing how to manufacture our products. We can teach the process. What is harder to teach is reliability, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their work, asks questions when they are unsure, communicates mistakes instead of hiding them, and understands that cleaning and organization are part of the job, not something separate from production. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn cannabis manufacturing and production processes while gaining hands-on experience in a growing, highly regulated industry.
