Entry Level / Associate / Assistant Manager We are currently seeking a motivated Korean-English Bilingual Production Management Coordinator to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama. This position supports daily production operations and communication between production teams, management, and other departments. Both entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Support daily production management and administrative operations Assist with production schedules, reports, and documentation Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Communicate with Korean

• and English-speaking team members Coordinate with production, management, and other departments Assist with general office and production-related administrative tasks Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Korean-English bilingual communication skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to communicate effectively in English in a workplace environment Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Entry-level candidates are welcome Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or production management is preferred Work Schedule Monday•Friday 8:00 AM•5:00 PM Overtime may be required depending on production needs.

Overtime Pay:
