- We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to operate a riding floor scrubber and support general labor tasks on second shift. This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, takes pride in cleanliness, and is willing to assist with additional duties as needed.
- Responsibilities
- + Operate a riding floor scrubber throughout the facility to maintain clean and debris-free production floors.
+ Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and general housekeeping.
+ Monitor floor conditions and proactively address spills, debris, or safety hazards.
+ Assist with basic general labor duties such as material handling, organizing work areas, and supporting production teams when needed.
+ Conduct basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
+ Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding cleaning schedules and facility needs.
- Essential Skills
- + Previous experience operating industrial cleaning equipment preferred but not required.
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
+ Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
+ Reliable attendance and willingness to support additional duties as assigned.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + 1+ years of janitorial experience.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $14.
00 - $16.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
