Our client, a leader in the wood manufacturing industry, is seeking dedicated and motivated 1st and 2nd Shift Production associates to join their team. As a Production associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process supporting the assembly, finishing, and quality inspection of wood products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM What's the Job? Operate and assist with wood manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production flow Assemble, sand, cut, and finish wood products to meet quality standards Load and unload materials efficiently and safely Inspect products for quality and adherence to specifications Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety guidelines and production schedules What's Needed? Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable transportation and dependable attendance What's in it for me?
