Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Part time Production Associate to join their dynamic team. As a Part time Production Associate, you will be integral to supporting manufacturing operations at a prominent facility in Trinity, Alabama. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

$17.00 per hour Shifts available : Thursday

Sunday, 6:00 AM
6:00 PM or Thursday
Sunday, 6:00 PM
6:00 AM (Part-time associates will be scheduled for specific shifts based on business needs.

Operate manufacturing equipment and production line machinery safely and efficiently Monitor production processes and troubleshoot minor equipment issues Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards Follow standardized work instructions and safety protocols at all times Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S practices What's Needed? High school diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or production experience Ability to work 12-hour shifts and remain on feet for extended periods Basic understanding of manufacturing safety practices Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality What's in it for me?
