Job Description
Press Operator Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Press Operator will safely operate and monitor press equipment, maintain product quality, and meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Schedule Monday-Friday, Saturdays as needed Day and Night shifts available Overtime opportunities available Responsibilities Operate and monitor press equipment according to production specifications. Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment as needed. Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures, production standards, and company policies. Complete production records and communicate equipment or quality issues to supervisors. Work effectively as part of a manufacturing team to meet production targets. Qualifications & Requirements Previous manufacturing or press operation experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation. Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical manufacturing tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
