  • Friday | 7 AM
  • 3:30 PM + OT on Saturdays 2nd Shift | Monday
  • Friday | 3:30 PM
  • 12 AM OR 4:30 PM
  • 1 AM + OT on Saturdays 3rd Shift | Sundays (9:30 PM
  • 7 AM) + Monday
  • Thursday (11:30 PM
  • 7 AM) + OT on Fridays Overtime required as needed Keep the Line Rolling and the Pay Coming.

Job Duties Apply adhesive to foam boards and styrene during the lamination process. Work as part of a 5-person production team. Monitor pressure and alignment for proper bonding. Inspect materials for quality and consistency. Move materials through the production process. Follow all safety and production procedures. Requirements Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. regularly. Comfortable working around strong adhesive fumes. Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and grasp materials throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
