Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct daily team meetings with Operators and Single Serve Team Members Collect data for Single Serve shift reporting at the beginning and end of every shift Ensure Machines are running at peak performance during shift and effectively reporting issues to Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians Ensure all recorded information of downtime and machinery adjustments are turned in to Supervisor and shared with Maintenance Technicians Responsible for continuing education on all pieces of equipment when opportunities present themselves Assist with breaks and lunches to ensure machines are running at peak performance for the full production shift Ensure full communication with Material Handlers to have proper raw materials at each machine and removal of non-used materials away from the machines If Supervisor is away or on vacation this role becomes the Leader of the shift to ensure that all operations run smoothly Requisition Number 6785 Shift Second Qualification

Qualifications:

Attention to Detail Highest Level of Communication, Ability to give work instructions to all single serve teammates Willingness to train and further knowledge of Machine Operations Ability to improve performance of production equipment and obtain highest levels of efficiency and low levels of production waste Ability to train and give constructive criticism to further personnel knowledge of machinery Collect data for daily reporting to upper level management High school diploma or GED Microsoft Office Experience.
