Production Associate Role Overview Pink House Alchemy is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Associate to support the daily production of our syrups and beverage products. This role is hands-on and requires someone who works well with a team, follows processes carefully, and takes pride in producing high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily production, batching, bottling, labeling, and packaging. Follow recipes, measurements, and production procedures accurately. Maintain quality and consistency throughout the production process. Keep production areas clean, organized, and sanitary. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Assist with ingredient and supply organization. Communicate product or quality concerns to the Production Lead. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals. Assist with cleaning and end-of-day production duties. Support other production and warehouse needs as assigned. Qualifications Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality. Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Able to safely lift and move materials as required. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Production, food manufacturing, kitchen, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
