Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in food production, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate (Production Operative) to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate (Production Operative), you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. This position is located in Hot Spring, AR.

Shift:
1st and 2nd Shift What's the Job? Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area. Follow oral and written work instructions to ensure smooth production flow. Ensure cleanliness of the workstation when beginning work to maintain sanitation standards. Verify and feed raw materials into the production process accurately. Ensure products produced meet quality and food safety standards, checking yields and investigating discrepancies. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships. Ability to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data.
