Job Description

We are hiring Motor Winders to relocate to Texas. Relocation & Bonus Package Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement $1,950 housing assistance $1,000 Day 1 sign-on bonus $1,500 after 90 days $1,500 after 180 days Job Overview & Core Responsibilities The Electric Motor Winder/Coil Winder is responsible for the mechanical overhaul of electrical rotation equipment. Standard expectations for this type of role include:
Rewinding Equipment:
Rewind AC/DC motors, stators, armatures, rotors, generators, and field coils.
Data Recording:
Strip damaged motors down and precisely record all original winding data and dimensions before removal.
Manufacturing:
Cut, form, and install new copper windings manually or by operating winding machinery.
Testing & Assembly:
