About the Role As a Manufacturing Process Specialist, you will serve as a vital link in our production chain, ensuring that industrial systems operate at peak performance. By leveraging your technical expertise in troubleshooting and system optimization, you will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality output while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Oversee and fine-tune production workflows to maximize operational throughput and consistency. Execute rigorous equipment inspections and diagnostic testing to prevent downtime. Resolve complex mechanical and process-related challenges through proactive troubleshooting and corrective implementation. Partner with cross-functional teams to refine manufacturing methods and enhance overall safety standards. Document critical production metrics and maintenance logs to ensure data-driven decision-making. Mentor incoming personnel on operational best practices and safety compliance protocols. Execute machine setups for production runs while ensuring strict adherence to industrial safety guidelines. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with a focus on industrial automation equipment. Proficiency in maintenance, repair, and machine safety inspections. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to function effectively in both independent and collaborative settings. Basic computer literacy and experience navigating production management software. Preferred Skills Technical degree or specialized certification in a manufacturing-related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in a process-driven manufacturing environment. Direct experience with injection molding processes and equipment. Proven track record of identifying process improvements that increase efficiency.
