Job Description

Job Summary:
Manufacture food products including, but not limited to live animal handling, slaughter, packing, and sanitation. Follow written procedures throughout manufacturing processes and provide timely notice and seek proper instruction or guidance to manage through manufacturing issues.
Schedule:
Tuesday to Friday starting at 6:50 am
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma preferred Food production experience preferred
Required Skills/Abilities:
Attention to detail Able to work as part of a team Ability to follow verbal and demonstrated instructions and learn functions of the position in a reasonable amount of time. Ability to work safely with or near a knife or saw Ability to perform repetitive work without losing focus Ability to stand for long periods of time in the same spot Ability to withstand harsh environment, i.e. cold, hot, wet, etc. Follow all company rules and regulations as it relates to food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, USDA, FSIS, and OSHA. Understand and promote the Quality System as a part of the company's overall goal toward continual improvement through strict adherence to all company policies and procedures, as well as actively supporting and upholding the principals and values of the company.
