ENTRY LEVEL PRODUCTION

Entry Level Production candidates must demonstrate a work ethic and technical competency that will enable them to be trained and developed for work in any area of the Mill. 2 years of industrial experience preferred. Operates various types of machinery and equipment including mobile equipment, man-lifts, and trash-trucks in support of cleanup efforts in the various areas of the mill Assists Operators, helpers and other employees perform all necessary manufacturing duties in various departments in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment Maintains a safe work environment; daily housekeeping duties as assigned Production positions start at $19.79, and pay as high as $42.02, depending on the position. Career Readiness Certificate is required to be scheduled for an interview. (Applicant does not have to make a certain score. However, the higher the score, the better.) Obtaining CRC is as follows:

Step One:

Go to the Department of Workforce Services to take a pre-test and be referred to take the test at SEARK. Their address is 1001 S. Tennessee St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601. Their phone number is (870) 534-1920.

Step Two:

Call (870) 543-5948 or go to SEARK to set up an appointment to take the test. The test is only administered on Fridays.
